KALOS NGO
KALOS is an NGO (non-governmental organization) created in 2012 by a group of Romanian students in France, with the aim of helping disadvantaged people in Romania and other countries of the world, through the development of humanitarian activities and sponsorship.
In a troubled world, marked by complex crises and an explosion of humanitarian needs, our ambition is to increase the number of our projects in favour of vulnerable people. Since the creation of our association in 2012, we estimate that approximately 600 people have benefited from our aid.
Projects
Every year our association develops projects in Romania, France and Moldavia, but also on an ad hoc basis in Africa (Togo), with the support of our partners.
Our projects aim to help children from poor families to continue their education (purchase of school supplies, laptops, clothes etc.) and the elderly (purchase of medicines, basic necessities). The start of the school year, Saint Nicholas' Day, Christmas, these are just a few periods during which we intensify our humanitarian actions.
